How to make an already exceptional pasta different and unique? Making it bigger and creating a new filling with a nod to tradition. The filling of the plin originally included, among other meats, also rabbit. We have created a different filling, with rabbit meat only, made even tastier with rosemary.
For quick and perfect cooking, we recommend a large and shallow pan. Approx cooking time of 3-4 minutes.
