Plin ravioli ricotta and spinach Gran Torino
The classic plin revisited, with the meat and herb filling replaced with ricotta and spinach, equally tasty. It is called a “lean” filling, as with food associated with Lent. It is a perfect alternative to meat without sacrificing taste and the pleasure of a fresh pasta dish.
For quick and perfect cooking, we recommend a large and shallow pan. Approx cooking time of 3-4 minutes.
