Basil and pine nut hearts with hazelnuts and Castelmagno cheese

Ingredients to serve 6 persons

100 gr
Castelmagno
50 gr
butter
40 gr
hazelnut
to taste
pepper

Procedure

Chop coarsely the hazelnuts and toast them in a pan. In the meantime, cook the P&C Fresh Pasta. Add the butter to the pan and saute everything with the Fresh Pasta, add the Castelmagno cheese and add pepper to taste. Plate and garnish with hazelnuts crumble and Castelmagno flakes.

Tips from the chef

Be careful not to burn the hazelnuts when you toast them, the condiment would get a "burnt" taste!
