Black tagliolini with clams and lime

Ingredients to serve 4 people

1 kg
clams
1
garlic clove

fresh parsley

Procedure

In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of oil. Then, add a garlic clove and, while the garlic browns, drain thoroughly the clams, rinse them and add them to the hot pan. Put the lid on and cook for a few minutes on high heat. The clams will open with the heat, Once opened, remove them from the pan and set them aside. In the meantime, chop up the parsley and toss it into the pan. Remove the clams from their shells and mix them into the sauce. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, then saute. Plate and garnish with a nice lemon peel.

Tips from the chef

If you want some color, add some cherry tomatoes to the condiment with the clams. Instead of pepper, you try adding fresh chili peppers to the saute!
