Procedure

Melt the butter in a pan and brown the sage leaves. When the leaves are brown, remove them from the pan and put them in a bowl. Warm up the cooking cream in the pan, Plate the P&C Fresh Pasta over a bed of sauce and garnish with the sage leaves and the lemon zest.

Tips from the chef

Be careful not to burn the butter! The lemon zest must be clean and without the white part, which has a bitter taste.
