Butter and salvia Gran Torino Agnolotto with Sicilian lemon scent

Ingredients to serve 4 persons
Butter and sage with scent of Sicilian lemons
Melt the butter in a pan and brown the sage leaves. When the leaves are brown, remove them from the pan and put them in a bowl. Warm up the cooking cream in the pan, Plate the P&C Fresh Pasta over a bed of sauce and garnish with the sage leaves and the lemon zest.
