Chitarrucci with Mediterranean style sauce

garlic clove

Extra virgin olive oil
300 gr
cherry tomatoes
50 gr
capers
70 gr
olives
to taste
salt and pepper

Mediterranean sauce
Procedure
Chop up the shallot and brown it in a pan with a few drops of oil, add a garlic clove. Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the saute together with the capers and the olives. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it al dente ("firm to bite") and mix it into the sauce. Plate with a basil leaf.
