Gnocchi with bell peppers mirepoix

Ingredients to serve 6 people
Bell peppers mirepoix
Slice the onion into rings and saute in a pan with a few drops of oil. In the meantime, cut the peppers into fine strips and add them to the sauteed base, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it and mix it with the condiment. Plate and garnish with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
Tips from the chef
If you want some color, add a good tomato sauce to the peppers. If you like a strong flavor, just add fresh chili pepper to the sauce to give a kick to the dish!
