Maccheroni al Ferretto with Tropea onion cream sauce and black olives

Ingredients to serve 4 people

100 gr
Tropea onion
80 gr
black olives
50 gr
parsley
to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
to taste
salt and pepper

Condiment

Sauce made of creamed Tropea onions and black olives

Procedure

Slice the onion and brown it in a pan with a few drops of oil, split the black olives and saute in the pan together with the onion. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it al dente (“firm to bite”) and mix it into the sauce. Plate it.

Tips from the chef

To give more color to the dish, you cab add a handful of cubed cherry tomatoes.
