Salad with penne smoked salmon and avocado

Ingredients to serve 4 people
Avocados, cherry tomatoes and smoked salmon
Peel and remove the stone of the avocados and then cut them into cubes. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted water for 5 minutes, drain and pass it under cold water to stop it cooking, place it in a bowl.
Add the lemon drizzled avocado, cherry tomatoes, olives and salmon cut into strips, oil, salt and mix well. Serve.
