500 gr
Tortellini
70 gr
Pesto

baby mozzarella
250 gr
Cherry tomatoes cut in two
a bunch
Fresh basil leaves
Black pepper

Pesto, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes

Procedure

Cook the Tortellini 4/5minutes in plenty of salted water. Drain and transfer them into a bowl, add the pesto, mozzarella and tomatoes, and season to taste. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours so all the flavours have time to blend.
