Ingredients to serve 4 people

450 gr
Sunflower Rocket and Stracchino cheese
500 gr
Watermelon
2
Cucumbers
a bunch
Mint leaves
1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil

Condiment

Watermelon, cucumbers and mint leaves

Procedure

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 4/5 minutes. Drain and let it cool. Peel and dice the watermelon and the cucumbers. Put them in a bowl. Add the pasta, a drizzle of oil, pepper and chopped mint.
Challenge the heat in summer: cool down also at the table!
