basil

rosemary

sage
35 gr
parsley
25 gr
thyme
80 gr
butter
200 gr
cherry tomatoes
q.b
pecorino cheese

Condiment

Pesto made with aromatic herbs and pecorino cheese

Procedure

Cut finely the aromatic herbs and place them in a pan to gain flavor and soften. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it al dente ("firm to bite") and mix it into the pesto obtained previously. Add pecorino flakes, cherry tomatoes cut into cubes and serve.

Tips from the chef

If you want to create a delicious contract, just replace the cherry tomatoes with smoked bacon!
