Plin agnolotti with porcini mushroom sauce

Ingredients to serve 8 persons

500 gr
fresh mushrooms
to taste
fresh parsley

shallot
to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
to taste
salt and pepper

Condiment

Porcini mushrooms sauce

Procedure

Dice the shallot and saute it in a pan with a few drops of oil. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into small cubes and add them to the sauteed base, then cook the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it and mix it with the condiment. Plate and garnish with parsley.

Instead of parsley, you can use fresh mint to give a touch of freshness and an extra twist to the recipe!
