Ingredients to serve 8 persons
Porcini mushrooms sauce
Dice the shallot and saute it in a pan with a few drops of oil. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into small cubes and add them to the sauteed base, then cook the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it and mix it with the condiment. Plate and garnish with parsley.
