Ingredients to serve 4 people

400 gr
Trofie
150 gr
Prawns
1/2
Ripe melon
150 gr
French beans
150 gr
Soft white cheese
1 tablespoon
Genovese Pesto
1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Clean the beans and cut them into small pieces, cook them for about 15-20 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 3/4 minutes, add the prawns the last two minutes. Drain and put in a baking dish to cool. Discard the melon seeds with a spoon and cut it into small round balls. Dice the cheese. Mix the ingredients with the pesto, salt and pepper and leave to rest for
about 10 minutes before serving.
