Ananas, extra virgin olive oil e Parmigiano (Parmesan cheese)
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 4/5 minutes. Drain and let it cool. Arrange the coarsely cut salad in a bowl. Add the pineapple cut into small pieces, the Agnolotti del Plin, a drizzle of oil and sprinkle with flakes of Parmesan cheese.
