Vegetarian raviolo with dry fruit sauce

cooking cream
30 gr
almonds

pistachio

pine nuts
30 gr
walnuts
to taste
extra virgin olive oil

Dry fruit sauce

Procedure

Melt the cream in a pan and add the dry fruit. Cook the P&C Fresh Pasta, drain it and put it into the pan with the sauce. Plate with dry fruit crumble, grated Parmesan cheese and pepper.
